Retail orders and wholesale quotations
The website offers listed products for retail purchase and accepts business enquiries for wholesale and custom projects. A quotation request is not an order or a payment. For wholesale or customised work, specifications, quantities, branding, price, freight and delivery terms must be confirmed in writing. A gift-set price covers the items and packaging stated on that product page.
Prices and currency
El pago se realiza en USD. Las demás monedas son conversiones orientativas. Antes de realizar el pedido se muestran el precio minorista, la cantidad y el transporte disponible. Payment and bank details

Order status and fulfilment
A bank-transfer order normally remains On hold while payment is awaiting verification. Payment is confirmed only when funds have cleared in the company account. An automated order acknowledgement is not a bank receipt or dispatch confirmation. Processing and shipment arrangements are updated after the relevant checks; tracking is provided where the agreed service supports it.
Freight, customs and changes
Confirm freight before paying for bulk orders, remote areas or special destinations. There is no automatic free worldwide shipping promise for 50+ units. Import duties, taxes and clearance responsibilities depend on the agreed delivery terms. Request changes or cancellation before dispatch; for custom production the outcome depends on the stage already reached and your agreed written terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Returns & Refunds
For a return, cancellation, damaged item, missing item or product that does not match the agreed specification, email info@ruisongwear.com with the order or invoice number, item, quantity and a description. Photographs and packaging information help us investigate damage or discrepancies; inability to supply a photograph does not remove mandatory legal rights.
Return instructions and remedies
Contact us for the correct return address and handling instructions before sending goods. The registered company address is not automatically the return warehouse. Please keep the goods and packaging available for inspection. Depending on the issue, the agreed order and applicable law, the appropriate remedy may be replacement, repair, a price adjustment or a refund. We do not promise unconditional worldwide refunds or automatic exchanges.
Business and customised orders
For business purchases and customised goods, inspection, acceptance, cancellation and return arrangements are agreed in the quotation or contract before production. Customisation does not remove rights relating to faulty goods or goods that fail to match the agreed specification. Do not assume that an unapproved return will be reimbursed.
Consumer cancellation rights
Where mandatory EU or UK distance-selling cancellation rules apply to your purchase as a consumer, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods and normally have a further 14 days to return them. Applicable exceptions can include goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised goods; they do not remove rights for faulty goods. Statutory refund timing and eligible standard-delivery refunds apply where required. You may exercise a statutory cancellation right by email without waiting for discretionary approval.
Return costs and refund processing
Return freight, any collection arrangements and the amount due are assessed under the applicable law and the agreed order. You will be told the return instructions and any legally applicable customer responsibility before a discretionary return is arranged. Approved refunds are arranged through the appropriate original payment route where available; bank and payment processing times vary. No blanket restocking fee or fixed refund deadline is promised beyond legal requirements.
Your mandatory rights
