International delivery from China
We arrange cross-border delivery for agreed product orders. Destination availability depends on the carrier and the shipment. A country appearing in the checkout form does not by itself confirm that every address can be served. For delivery questions, contact info@ruisongwear.com.
Current checkout calculation
The existing USD checkout calculation charges US$7.90 per order for 1–9 shipping units and US$4.90 per order for 10–49 shipping units. A shipping unit means one unit shown in the cart: a cart quantity of one counts as one shipping unit, irrespective of components within that product. These are the existing checkout charges, not a carrier quotation or a guarantee that every international route is available.
Bulk orders and freight confirmation
Orders of 50 or more shipping units, or orders split across multiple shipping packages, require a separate freight quotation before payment. The website does not offer automatic free worldwide shipping for these orders. Wholesale quantities, mixed cartons and customised packaging are reviewed separately.
Remote areas and special destinations
For remote postal codes, islands, restricted-service destinations, unusually large parcels or other special delivery requirements, ask us to confirm service and the total freight before transferring funds. Any revised freight or additional service must be agreed before payment or dispatch; we will not charge a payment method automatically.
How a freight quotation is prepared
A confirmed quotation depends on the destination and postal code, packed gross weight, outer carton dimensions, chargeable or dimensional weight, service level, number of parcels and carrier surcharges. The small-parcel checkout charges have not been independently validated against every carrier route and are not a published wholesale freight tariff.
Dispatch, tracking and delays
Stock availability, production or customisation time and expected dispatch are confirmed for the selected order. Transit estimates are provided when the carrier service is agreed; no universal delivery deadline is promised. Tracking is supplied after dispatch where the chosen service supports it. Contact us with your order reference if a parcel is delayed or missing.
Customs and import charges
The checkout shipping charge does not state that duties, import VAT, taxes, customs clearance or remote-area surcharges are included. The quotation or invoice must identify the agreed delivery terms and responsibilities. We do not make a blanket duty-paid or tax-inclusive delivery promise.
Address checks and delivery issues
Provide a complete delivery address, country, postal code, contact name and working telephone number. Contact info@ruisongwear.com promptly to correct an address before dispatch. For damaged or incomplete deliveries, keep the packaging and send the order reference, photographs and a description so we can investigate. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
