SAYUN operates as a sourcing and trade company. For each project, confirm the manufacturing supplier and the parties responsible for customisation, testing, inspection and export arrangements.
Sample approval & inspection evidence
Agree a sample reference and inspection checklist where required. Discuss product photos, measurements, packing checks or third-party inspection for the actual order. Availability, scope, cost and acceptance criteria must be confirmed in writing.
Product-specific documents
Ask for documents relevant to your product and destination. Check the actual product, issuing party and scope of certificates or test reports. Document availability is confirmed for the selected product.
