What to include in your enquiry
Send your company name, country and delivery postal code, business email, product reference, colour or size selection, purchase quantity and specific requirements. Include logo artwork, packaging needs and intended timing when relevant. State the required quantity of each selected product to avoid quantity errors.
MOQ, samples and product approval
Minimum quantities, packing multiples, sample availability and sample or artwork setup charges vary by item and supplier. They are confirmed in the written quotation. Review materials, dimensions, colours, samples where arranged, and packaging before approving bulk production.
Branding & packaging
Branding and packaging are reviewed for each selected scarf or wrap. Options, minimum quantities, sample requirements and costs will be confirmed in writing before an order.
Freight for business orders
Bulk freight is quoted using actual carton dimensions, gross weight, quantity, destination and service. Orders of 50+ checkout units and split-package orders require a freight quotation; they do not receive automatic worldwide free shipping. Small-parcel checkout rates are not a confirmed bulk freight tariff. Remote areas and special destinations need a separate service check.
Quotation, payment and shipping
Your quotation or pro forma invoice confirms product price, currency, specifications, freight, payment terms and delivery responsibilities. Available payment options are displayed at checkout. Payment is confirmed only after the selected provider or company bank account confirms receipt. Orders are processed after funds have cleared and the agreed requirements are confirmed. No universal stock, production or delivery time is promised.
After-sales arrangements
Inspection and after-sales arrangements for business or custom orders are confirmed in writing. See our Returns & Refunds policy. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
